Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. COD orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only — not cash refunds.

Express Dispatch

Prepaid orders placed Mon–Fri are processed & shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working Monday.
Delivery within 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Free delivery on all orders above ₹999. A charge of ₹49 applies below ₹999.

Delivery Problems

Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. Vedanskart promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve any problem in a timely manner.

What if I cannot track my order online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email with your tracking information is sent automatically. You can follow your parcel's progress under My Account → My Orders. If you are unable to view tracking information, please contact us directly.

What if I am not available to receive my parcel?

If you are not present, our courier will leave a card and make a second delivery attempt after 48 hours. After two failed attempts, your parcel will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Once returned, we will re-dispatch it as per your instructions.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

If you notice that items are damaged or missing upon opening your parcel, please inform us within 3 days of receiving it by sending an email to info@vedanskart.com. For further details, please visit our Return Policy.

What if I have only received part of my order?

Your order may be dispatched in separate parcels on different dates. Please check the delivery tracking page under My Account → My Orders. If the shipment dates have lapsed and items are still missing, please contact us immediately.

Exchange & Return Policy

Vedanskart has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it is faulty or not what you ordered.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
We accept exchanges against any other product from our website. First return shipping is free; subsequent exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer.
No exchanges on colour variation basis — screen colours may vary. We strongly recommend satisfying yourself before choosing a product.
We do not offer cash exchanges. Exchanges do not include credit bonus, credit points or additional discounts.
After your return request is validated, we will email you a return authorisation. The return package must reach us within 10 days of that email.
Products purchased on special offer / discounted sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Complaints regarding sharp cuts or holes caused intentionally will not be accepted. Chargebacks cannot be claimed on such issues. All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation notice is received before the order is packaged or shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
